At MrBasic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at MrBasic.in@gmail.com or 9351589592 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Handover the parcel to the delivery person .
- We will process your refund within 24 -48 Hours of receiving the returned item(s). on Business Days
Cancellation Process
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, but please note that we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you can return the item(s) for a refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund and Return
- We will refund the full amount of your purchase, including any shipping costs, if the item(s) are returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.
- If the item(s) are returned in a damaged or used condition, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund. except in case you received in damaged or defective condition.
- We will not refund any shipping costs if the item(s) are returned due to a change of mind or if the item(s) are not defective.
Refund Timeframe
- We will process your refund within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method if cash on delivery then share your account details to our support team with registered mobile number.
- Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. - In some cases we will refund your amount Instantly .

- The item(s) must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
- The item(s) must be returned with a valid RMA number.
